With a PhD on Management Information Systems of the Higher Institute of Management of Tunis and in collaboration with the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research in Artificial Intelligence (IRIDIA) of the ULB in Belgium in 2002, Boutheina Ben Yaghlane is a full professor at the Institute of Business Studies (IHEC) of University Carthage and senior expert on Business Development, Investment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In 20111, she was the head of the Master's degree in Entrepreneurial Engineering. Furthermore, Prof. Ben Yaghlane is a research director on Artificial Intelligence of the research Lab LARODEC at the Higher Institute of Management (ISG Tunis), she is also author of numerous research articles in specialized international journals and conferences.

Dr. Boutheina Ben Yaghlane has held several high-level positions: she was a General Manager of Tunisian Sovereign Fund “Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations” from April 2016 to August 2021. In 2015, she was Secretary of State to the Finance Ministry and from May 2012 to June 2013, she was an advisor to the Minister of Regional Development and Planning.

Walking tour to Bom Jesus do Monte

This is a 2,2 km walk to the access (bottom of the hill) to Bom Jesus do Monte, a renowned sanctuary in Braga. To go to the top of the hill, we can take either the monumental staircase or take the historic funicular to the hill (2 euros one way/3 euros round trip). This is a very popular fitness walk for Inhabitants of Braga (all the way to the top of the hill). For participants with mobility problems/who are tired, we can drive them until the funicular (and back in the end).

Dr Justin Paul, is a full Professor in the Ph.D & MBA programs at the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, PR, USA and holds titles with premier business schools including – honorary visiting professor- University of Reading Henley Business School, UK; ‘Distinguished Scholar (Visiting)’- Indian Institute of Management (IIM-K) and Distinguished Professor – Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. He serves as Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of Consumer Studies (An A ranked global academic journal with second maximum submissions in the world in the field of Marketing, Consumer research and Economics with over 2000 submissions a year).

Among the world’s top 0.1 % cited researchers with citations growing @500 per month, he is serving as Chair/Director of Research and Ph.D students. He comes with the experience as Department Chair, MBA Program Director, Director- Executive Education and Co-ordinator of Internationalization activities and AACSB Accreditation. Dr. Paul serves/has served as Senior/Guest/Associate Editor with the International Business Review, Journal of Business research, Services Industries Journal, European Bus Review, Journal of Retailing & Consumer Services, Small Bus Economics, European Journal of International Management, Journal of Promotion Management, Business Ethics: A European Review & International Journal of Emerging Markets. Over 20,0000 copies of his books have been sold and his articles have been downloaded over 800,000 times, which rank him among the most downloaded academicians in the field of business and economics.
